MISHRA\n                                        ------\n      For the Petitioners               :        M\/s Rajan Raj &amp; Santosh Kumar, Advs.\n      For the State                     :        A.P.P.\n                                        ------\n\n3\/ 23.08.2011<\/pre>\n<p>           Both the bails applications arise out of the same case and as such,<br \/>\n          they are taken up together and disposed of by this common order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P.<br \/>\n          for the Prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        The petitioners have been made accused for the offence under<br \/>\n          Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with<br \/>\n          Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 723 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 2741 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        There is allegation against the petitioners along with eight named<br \/>\n          accused persons to have taken the deceased along with them and thereafter,<br \/>\n          dead body of the deceased was found.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they have<br \/>\n          been falsely implicated in this case and there is no eyewitness to the<br \/>\n          occurrence.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        From the impugned order also, it appears that except the<br \/>\n          allegation against these petitioners to have taken the deceased along with them,<br \/>\n          there is no material against them.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners,<br \/>\n          Md. Wahid (in B.A. No. 3606 of 2011) and Kailu Quraishi (in B.A. No. 4397<br \/>\n          of 2011) on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be<br \/>\n          released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each,<br \/>\n          with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri S.N.Singh,<br \/>\n          Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad (in B.A. No. 3606 of 2011) and Shri Y.K.Singh,<br \/>\n          Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad (in B.A. No. 4397 of 2011) or their successor<br \/>\n          Court, in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 723 of 2010 corresponding to<br \/>\n          G.R. No. 2741 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                 ( H. C.
