According to the application, the mother of the applicant has<br \/>\nsuffered fracture and she is taking rest at home. The applicant has<br \/>\nbeen released for 20 days in the year 2008 on the ground of sickness<br \/>\nof his mother and son.  During that period, he absconded for 984 days<br \/>\nand had been brought to jail after arrest by police.
