Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :23\/10\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                    ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                   ===============\n               W.P.(C) NO. 31457 OF 2007 T\n              =====================\n\n           Dated this the 23rd day of October, 2007\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The prayer made in this writ petition is to return the bank<\/p>\n<p>guarantee submitted by the petitioner towards security pursuant<\/p>\n<p>to Ext.P5. At this stage the prayer cannot be granted, as<\/p>\n<p>adjudication pursuant to Ext.P5 has not been completed.<\/p>\n<p>However, I dispose of this writ petition directing that adjudication<\/p>\n<p>pursuant to Ext.P5 shall be completed by the concerned officer,<\/p>\n<p>as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within two months of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment.
