SHOAIB\n                                           Versus\n                   THE STATE OF BIHAR THROUGH THE VIGILANCE\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   23.02.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  and counsel for the Vigilance.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             There is no occasion to reconsider the<\/p>\n<p>                  prayer for anticipatory bail on this third occasion,<\/p>\n<p>                  more so when the challenge before the Supreme<\/p>\n<p>                  Court also proved unsuccessful.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             That   a   co-accused    may    have   been<\/p>\n<p>                  granted anticipatory bail are matters to be more<\/p>\n<p>                  appropriately considered in a regular bail application<\/p>\n<p>                  without being prejudiced by the present order.<\/p>\n<p>                             The application is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>P.
