Nanavati, learned Senior Advocate with Mr. Saurabh Mehta,<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that the<br \/>\nimpugned order dated 07.01.2011 is self-contradictory, inasmuch as it<br \/>\nis stated in the first paragraph thereof that the Sports Certificates<br \/>\nof the petitioner were not appended to the application. In the second<br \/>\nparagraph, it is stated that the Sports Certificates have not been<br \/>\ncertified whereas, in the third paragraph, it is stated that the<br \/>\nSports Certificates have been submitted later on. The learned Senior<br \/>\nAdvocate further submits that before passing the impugned order, the<br \/>\npetitioner was not granted an effective opportunity of meeting with<br \/>\nthe allegations levelled against her, as the material relied upon by<br \/>\nthe respondents, as stated in the impugned order, as well as report<br \/>\nof the inquiry conducted by the State Government, have not been<br \/>\nsupplied to her. It is further contended that the petitioner has<br \/>\nparticipated in the Camp for verification of her certificates and<br \/>\nonly when the certificates were verified and found to be in order,<br \/>\nwas the petitioner called for the interview. It is further submitted<br \/>\nthat the appointment of the petitioner was delayed, as another round<br \/>\nof scrutiny took place, as has been learnt by the petitioner, and is<br \/>\nevident from letters dated 21.05.2008, 11.06.2008 and 17.07.2008 of<br \/>\nrespondents Nos.2 and 4, therefore, it cannot be said that the<br \/>\nappointment of the petitioner has been made without proper scrutiny<br \/>\nof certificates.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nMr. K.P.
