Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :27\/11\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                  ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n              = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n              W.P.(C) No. 32432 OF 2007 J\n              = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n           Dated this the 27th November, 2007\n\n                   J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>    The petitioner who was awarded work order for the<\/p>\n<p>supply of various types of plantains and bananas during<\/p>\n<p>the period 18\/4\/07 onwards, could not, for his own<\/p>\n<p>reasons make supply to the Board. Finally, alleging<\/p>\n<p>that he had committed breach of contract, his earnest<\/p>\n<p>money deposit and security deposits were forfeited and<\/p>\n<p>this decision of the Board was communicated to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner by Ext.P7.   It is in this background that<\/p>\n<p>the writ petition has been filed praying for directing<\/p>\n<p>the respondents to release the security deposit offered<\/p>\n<p>by way of fixed deposit and also the earnest money<\/p>\n<p>deposit.\n<\/p>\n<p>    2.
