JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 09\/08\/2010 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL)<\/p>\n<p>Rule.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t Mr.Prajapati appears for the original claimants and undertakes to<br \/>\n\tfile the Vakalatnama  within 10 days from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tpresent applications are for condonation of delay of 171 days in<br \/>\n\tpreferring the concerned First Appeals against the judgement and<br \/>\n\torder passed by the Reference Court which are challenged under the<br \/>\n\tconcerned First Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr<br \/>\n\tPrajapati states that the claimants have no objection if the delay<br \/>\n\tis condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>Hence,<br \/>\n\tconsidering the facts and circumstances and in view of the<br \/>\n\tdeclaration made on behalf of the original claimants, the delay is<br \/>\n\tcondoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>Applications<br \/>\n\tallowed to the aforesaid extent.
