BASANT, J.\n\n                            - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                            Crl.M.C.No.  2020  of   2007\n\n                            - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                       Dated this the 26th   day of   June, 2007\n\n\n                                         O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   prays,     the   learned   Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor   does   not   oppose   the   said   prayer   and   I   am   satisfied   that   the<\/p>\n<p>condition   imposed   on   the   petitioner,   who   faces   allegations,   inter   alia,<\/p>\n<p>under Sections  326 and     307 I.P.C.   when he was released on bail as per<\/p>\n<p>order dt.9.4.2007 that he must report before the Investigating Officer on all<\/p>\n<p>Wednesdays  between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., can now be modified.<\/p>\n<p>       2.     This   Crl.M.C.   is   hence   allowed   in   part.       The     petitioner   need<\/p>\n<p>hereafter appear before the Investigating  Officer on the first Wednesday of<\/p>\n<p>all English Calender months until the final report is filed.<\/p>\n<p>                                                               (R.
