Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :26\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                         ===============\n                    W.P.(C) NO. 27337 OF 2008 (D)\n                    ====================\n\n             Dated this the 26th day of September, 2008\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner&#8217;s   claim  is  for   promotion    as  Assistant   Professor<\/p>\n<p>w.e.f.15\/7\/04 and according to the petitioner, urging this claim, he has<\/p>\n<p>submitted Ext.P10 representation before the 3rd respondent.             It is<\/p>\n<p>complaining of delay in the disposal of this representation, the writ petition<\/p>\n<p>has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    If as stated by the petitioner, Ext.P10 has been received and<\/p>\n<p>is pending, the 3rd respondent shall take up, consider and pass orders<\/p>\n<p>thereon.
