Respondents\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   11.03.2011             Heard Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent-<\/p>\n<p>                 University.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Petitioner seeks direction upon the respondents to<\/p>\n<p>                 pay full salary with effect from 17.05.1998 to 16.07.2004,<\/p>\n<p>                 the period during which he was under suspension, as by the<\/p>\n<p>                 order as contained in Annexure 6, the suspension has been<\/p>\n<p>                 revoked and no disciplinary proceeding was ever initiated<\/p>\n<p>                 against the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           No counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                 the respondent-University.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           In above view of the matter, this writ application<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh<\/p>\n<p>     representation      before   the   Vice   Chancellor,   Magadh<\/p>\n<p>     University, (respondent no. 1) raising such grievance. If<\/p>\n<p>     such a representation is filed by the petitioner within four<\/p>\n<p>     weeks from today, the same should be considered on its<\/p>\n<p>     own merit and in accordance with law and a decision should<\/p>\n<p>     be taken within three months thereafter. Respondent no. 1<\/p>\n<p>     shall also consider Annexure 5, which has been written to<\/p>\n<p>     the Registrar of the respondent-University by the Principal<\/p>\n<p>     of the concerned College on 08.07.1998 itself for deciding<\/p>\n<p>     the claim of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                It is made clear that if the petitioner is found<\/p>\n<p>     entitled for any amount as per the aforesaid decision having<\/p>\n<p>     been taken by the respondent no. 1, the same shall be paid<\/p>\n<p>     as quickly as possible by the concerned authority preferably<\/p>\n<p>     within one month thereafter.
