JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR MITTAL\n\nPresent:-   Mr. Daman Dhir, Advocate\n            for the petitioner.\n\n            Mr. Anil Rathee, Addl.A.G., Haryana.\n                   ---\n<\/pre>\n<p>ADARSH KUMAR GOEL, ACJ.\n<\/p>\n<p>            The matter was taken up as Public Interest Litigation<\/p>\n<p>on a complaint with regard to inhuman treatment to jail inmates at<\/p>\n<p>Bhiwani and Gurgaon. An affidavit was filed by the Director<\/p>\n<p>General of Police (Prisons) stating that responsible persons were<\/p>\n<p>proceeded against and also convicted by the concerned Court<\/p>\n<p>with regard to inhuman treatment to jail inmates at Bhiwani. As<\/p>\n<p>regards Gurgaon, it was stated that the matter was being<\/p>\n<p>investigated and an affidavit will be filed about the status of<\/p>\n<p>investigation by 30.4.2011. Accordingly, an affidavit dated<\/p>\n<p>28.4.2011 has been filed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police<\/p>\n<p>(West), Gurgaon stating that after investigation, cancellation<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> C.W.P.
