No.1340 of 2010\n                              PRAMOD KUMAR PRAJAPATI\n                                      Versus\n                                  STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>5\/      17.01.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Torture for demand of dowry is the allegation followed<\/p>\n<p>                     by ouster from matrimonial house is denied on the ground that<\/p>\n<p>                     complainant herself left the matrimonial house willingly and not<\/p>\n<p>                     ready to come back rather deserted the husband needs no other<\/p>\n<p>                     corroboration. In chamber on 03.12.2010, she (complainant) refused<\/p>\n<p>                     to company of her husband, while he (petitioner) was intended to<\/p>\n<p>                     take her.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Taking that into consideration, prayer of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Complaint Case No. 166(c) of 2009 above named<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                     the satisfaction of C.J.M., Buxar subject to the conditions as laid<\/p>\n<p>                     down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
