RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n\n                    ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                             B.A. No. 692 OF 2007 B\n\n                    ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                  Dated this the 21st day of February, 2007\n\n\n                                      O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>               Petitioners,   who   are   the   husband   of   one   Sheela   and   first<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s mother, sister, brother&#8217;s wife and another sister respectively,<\/p>\n<p>seek   anticipatory   bail   on   the   allegation   that   the   police   of   the   Women<\/p>\n<p>Cell, Kollam are at their heels at the instance of Sheela, who is alleged<\/p>\n<p>to   have   lodged   a   complaint   alleging   the   commission   of   non-bailable<\/p>\n<p>offence.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.      Learned   Public   Prosecutor,   on   instructions,   submitted   that<\/p>\n<p>eventhough the said Sheela, who is the wife of the first petitioner, had<\/p>\n<p>lodged   a   complaint   before   the   Women   Cell,   Kollam,   the   parties   were<\/p>\n<p>summoned to the police station only for  counselling and no crime has<\/p>\n<p>been  registered   by  the  Kollam   East   Police   against   the  petitioners   and<\/p>\n<p>that the petitioners are not wanted by the said police in connection with<\/p>\n<p>the  allegations made in  the  petition.   If so, the apprehension of arrest<\/p>\n<p>and harassment entertained by the petitioners is unfounded.  Recording<\/p>\n<p>the submission made by the Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.<\/p>\n<p>                                                          (V.
