LOKESH KUMAR SON OF LALITA PRASAD LALIT, RESIDENT\n                        OF AZADNAGAR, BALUA TOL, POLICE STATION MOTIHARI,\n                        DISTRICT EAST CHAMPARAN              ....OPPOSITE PARTIES\n                                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.    11.2.2011                    The petitioners have sought quashing of the order<\/p>\n<p>                         dated 16.3.2010 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast<\/p>\n<p>                         Track Court No.2, Motihari in Sessions Trial No.335 of 2007, by<\/p>\n<p>                         which he has refused an application u\/ss.227 and 228 Cr.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                                   The Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is<\/p>\n<p>                         counter version of this occurrence as also that the injury was<\/p>\n<p>                         caused on a non-vital part and the first information report is<\/p>\n<p>                         unduly delayed, for which they had no valid explanation.<\/p>\n<p>                                   However, considering that there is allegation against<\/p>\n<p>                         the petitioners of being part of the group which had assaulted<\/p>\n<p>                         the injured and these finer aspects of the case cannot be<\/p>\n<p>                         looked into at the stage of charge, I find no merit in the<\/p>\n<p>                         application.
