Ramachandran Nair, J.\n                   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                     W.P.(C) No. 12415 of 2010-B\n                   - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                Dated this the 8th day of April, 2010.\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners herein were the students of MES College of<\/p>\n<p>Engineering, Kuttippuram for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering degree<\/p>\n<p>course for the period 2005-2009. They have appeared for their 6th semester<\/p>\n<p>supplementary examination conducted in the month of June 2009. The<\/p>\n<p>result of the above examination was published during the third week of<\/p>\n<p>March 2010. The petitioners have failed for one paper in respect of their 6th<\/p>\n<p>semester supplementary examination. Petitioners 1, 2 and 5 have applied<\/p>\n<p>for revaluation in respect of the failed subject, on 29.3.2010 and petitioners<\/p>\n<p>3 and 4 have applied for revaluation on 26.3.2010. The petitioners have<\/p>\n<p>remitted the requisite fee also for getting their answer papers revalued.<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P1 to P5 are copies of applications submitted by the petitioners for the<\/p>\n<p>above purpose. It is the case of the petitioners that they are having offers<\/p>\n<p>for employment from different companies, but none of them could join for<\/p>\n<p>employment if the revaluation results are not published within a reasonable<\/p>\n<p>time. It is in these circumstances, this writ petition has been filed seeking<\/p>\n<p>for a direction to the University to complete the process of revaluation<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">wpc 12415\/2010                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>within a time frame and publish the results.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2. Heard learned Standing Counsel for the University.<\/p>\n<p>       3.  There will be a direction to the respondents to complete the<\/p>\n<p>process of revaluation of the petitioners&#8217; answer paper and to publish the<\/p>\n<p>results within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>this judgment, if the applications and the fee remitted are otherwise in order.<\/p>\n<p>The results shall be communicated to the petitioners also.<\/p>\n<p>       The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     (T.R.
