Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :28\/09\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                     ANTONY DOMINIC,J\n                   ==================\n                     W.P.(C)No.28774 of 2007\n                  ===================\n           Dated this the 28th day of September 2007\n\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner challenges the detention of the goods as per<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P3 and P4. It is seen that the officer was not satisfied with<\/p>\n<p>the value declared and the explanation offered and therefore the<\/p>\n<p>timber was detained. It is thereupon, this writ petition has been<\/p>\n<p>filed by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Exts.P3 and P4 has been issued demanding security as the<\/p>\n<p>ground of under valuation of timber. Considering the explanation<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner and the documents to be produced enquiry has<\/p>\n<p>to be completed.
