Tiwary, APP having received<\/p>\n<p>                    instruction states that four witnesses were recalled for<\/p>\n<p>                    re-examination under Section 311 Cr.P.C., out of<\/p>\n<p>                    whom three witnesses have already been examined<\/p>\n<p>                    on 13.10.2011 and the 4th witness Nawal Kishore<\/p>\n<p>                    Sharma shall be examined on 19.10.2011.<\/p>\n<p>                              Put up on 20.10.2011 maintaining its<\/p>\n<p>                    position in the same list, meanwhile learned A.P.P. as<\/p>\n<p>                    also the O.S.D. should instruct the S.S.P., Patna for<\/p>\n<p>                    ensuring examination of all the recalled witnesses by<\/p>\n<p>                    19.10.2011.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          ( V.
