                IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                           Cr. Misc. No.44268 of 2010\n                      SIKANDAR SAH son of late Jhaksu Sah\n                                     Versus\n                            THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n
2\/   15.03.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n
                                The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n
                    offence under sections 306 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n
                                Considering that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the<\/p>\n
                    deceased and the case was instituted under section 306 Indian Penal<\/p>\n
                    Code, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on<\/p>\n
                    furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n
                    of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court<\/p>\n
                    below to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur,<\/p>\n
                    in connection with Sanhaula P.S. Case No.41 of 2010, subject to the<\/p>\n
                    conditions (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the<\/p>\n
                    petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he<\/p>\n
                    is related with the petitioner. The bailors will undertake to furnish<\/p>\n
                    information to the court about any change in the address of the<\/p>\n
                    petitioner, (ii) That the petitioner will give an undertaking that he<\/p>\n
                    will receive the police papers on the given date and be present on<\/p>\n
                    date fixed for charge and if he fails to do so on two given dates and<\/p>\n
                    delays the trial in any manner, his bail will be liable to be cancelled<\/p>\n
                    for reasons of misuse, and (iii) That the petitioner will be well<\/p>\n
                    represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive<\/p>\n
                    dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
