Pathak.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      &#8212;&#8212;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n2   10\/11\/2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   learned counsel for the Respondents.<\/p>\n<p>                           It is a misplaced kind of litigation which is being<\/p>\n<p>                   carried on by the petitioner for decades together. Some<\/p>\n<p>                   way down he realised that some of his juniors have been<\/p>\n<p>                   given selection grade with effect from 1.4.1964 and after<\/p>\n<p>                   he retired in the year 1995, he is also of the opinion that<\/p>\n<p>                   he should get such a benefit with effect from 1.4.1964.<\/p>\n<p>                   There has to be some kind of time limit. Whether such a<\/p>\n<p>                   claim of 1964 should be entertained or delved into in<\/p>\n<p>                   2010 which has long gap of history, this Court is not<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        inclined to grant it by a judicial order.
