No. 162\/2002 on the file of Sub Court, Kottayam. The<\/p>\n<p>acquisition is for the purpose of Muvattupuzha Valley Irrigation<\/p>\n<p>Project.\n<\/p>\n<p>           2. It is seen that the enhancement is only 60% over<\/p>\n<p>the land value fixed by the Land Acquisition Officer. It is brought<\/p>\n<p>to our notice that in several cases this Court has sustained such<\/p>\n<p>fixation by granting enhancement at the rate of 60%.
