Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :24\/08\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                     ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                   ===============\n                 W.P.(C) NO. 17878 OF 2007\n                ====================\n\n           Dated this the 24th day of August, 2007\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     By Ext.P1 order, the petitioner was placed under<\/p>\n<p>suspension on 7\/8\/06. According to the petitioner, although<\/p>\n<p>it is mandatory that a review of the suspension ought to<\/p>\n<p>have been done within six months, that is not been<\/p>\n<p>undertaken till date.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    The petitioner has filed Ext.P5 seeking review of<\/p>\n<p>the suspension before the 1st respondent and even on that,<\/p>\n<p>orders are not passed.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.    Therefore, I dispose of this writ petition directing<\/p>\n<p>the 1st respondent to pass orders on Ext.P5, as expeditiously<\/p>\n<p>as possible, at any rate within one month from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>     4.
