DENESAN, J.\n\n\n\n                      = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n                            W.P.(C) No. 922 OF 2007 I\n\n                      = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n\n\n                     Dated this the 9th January, 2007\n\n\n\n                                    J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The   petitioner   retired   from   the   post   of   Overseer<\/p>\n<p>under the Kerala State Electricity Board.  According to<\/p>\n<p>him   he   has     got     C.L.R.     service   for   the   period   from<\/p>\n<p>12-2-1980   to   18-3-1986   and   that,   that   period   also   can<\/p>\n<p>be reckoned as qualifying service for pension.   He has<\/p>\n<p>filed   Ext.   P8   representation   before   the   3rd  respondent<\/p>\n<p>requesting to recompute his pension after reckoning the<\/p>\n<p>C.L.R.   service   also.                     Counsel   for   the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>submits that this Court may direct the 3rd respondent to<\/p>\n<p>take early decision on Ext. P8.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.         Heard          Legal         Liaison         Officer         for         the<\/p>\n<p>respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.   In   the   circumstances,   there   shall   be   an   order<\/p>\n<p>directing   the   3rd  respondent   to   consider   Ext.   P8   and<\/p>\n<p>pass   orders   within   six   weeks   from   the   date   of   receipt<\/p>\n<p>of a copy of the judgment.   Based on the decision thus<\/p>\n<p>taken,   follow   up   action,   if   any   required,   shall   be<\/p>\n<p>expedited.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                    K.K.
