Kankarbagh, District Patna.\n                                                                            ---------- Petitioner\n                                           Versus\n           The State Of Bihar\n                                                                        -------- Opposite Party\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   12\/08\/2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      The petitioner apprehends his arrest, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                        Ghoshi (Okari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2010 for the offences<\/p>\n<p>                        punishable under Sections 302\/201\/34 of the Indian Penal Code,<\/p>\n<p>                        pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, is named<\/p>\n<p>                        accused in this case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Under similarly situated circumstances, other co-<\/p>\n<p>                        accused Sharwan Ram and Bijendra Ram have already been granted<\/p>\n<p>                        the privilege by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.05.2011<\/p>\n<p>                        passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14024 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                        the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                        weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                        furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>                        sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                        Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghoshi (Okari O.P.)
