Utta1*ahalliV’lV3angalore South Taluk, measuring East to West<\/p>\n
 and \u00bb.i\u00a7iorth.t:o\u00a3’..–South 60′, having purchased the same under<\/p>\n
‘\u00ab.l\u00abl’.j’j:fc3g_i’s-‘tered  deed dated 17.()6.l993 in the name of erstwhile<\/p>\n
{*~’.VVVPresident’.pf the Sangha, viz., -Srilvenkatachalaiah Setty. The<\/p>\n
.  President construdt\ufb01a Ganesha temple and a shed<\/p>\n
therein and performing pooja and other activities. Though the<\/p>\n
schedule property was purchased in the name of the4vVp_re}.?i*:>us<\/p>\n
President of the appellant\/Society, the sale consideratilonirasi  <\/p>\n
out of the funds of the appellant\/Sangha.MIt is al.so’stated’:t1’i–at it 00<\/p>\n
29.07.1997. the previous President of the  has<\/p>\n
executed a Will bequeathing the suit schedule’Vpropc:rty_in_viavdurof ;<\/p>\n
the appellant\/Sangha and died    the\nappellant\/ Sangha is the    schedule\n<\/pre>\n
property. But the Respondepntdl#TVo.0l__lltrie\u00a2g~.iltg;f\u00a2vnter into the suit.<\/p>\n
schedule property   and Decree dated
\n22.07.2010 passed  The appellant noticed
\nthat the    to  said suit nor the schedule
\nmentioned inthe’  the property of the appellant.<\/p>\n
It is also stated  tliesulit  filed by one Sri.N.Parthasarathi<\/p>\n
 wimfwas the powevrmofl attorney holder for the appellant in the<\/p>\n
suit and the appellant was not aware of the<\/p>\n
 filedlby the\ufb01respondent as notice was served neither on the<\/p>\n
-. ivappellant.\/Sangha nor the defendant in the said suit. It is further<\/p>\n
 that the Judgment and Decree brought by the<\/p>\n
