NO. 478 OF 2002<br \/>\n                  = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =<br \/>\n           Dated this the 20th day of September, 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                        J U D G M E N T<\/p>\n<p>     Learned counsel for the appellant makes it clear that<\/p>\n<p>he had already sent notice to the appellant and there is<\/p>\n<p>no response at all.       Therefore it appears that the<\/p>\n<p>appellant is not eager in prosecuting the appeal. Since<\/p>\n<p>the lawyer had already intimated and the client had<\/p>\n<p>refused to turn up, no notice from the Court is necessary<\/p>\n<p>and so the appeal is dismissed for default.<\/p>\n<p>                                M.N.
