Parmar, learned advocate for the<br \/>\n\tpetitioner, states that without entertaining into the merits of the<br \/>\n\tmatter, the petitioner is ready and willing to approach the<br \/>\n\trespondent-Collector pursuant to provisions of Section 113 of the<br \/>\n\tGujarat Panchayats Act, 1993. He has, therefore, submitted that<br \/>\n\tappropriate directions may be issued to the respondent-Collector to<br \/>\n\tconsider the case of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.\n<\/p>\n<p>Heard<br \/>\n\tlearned counsel for the parties. Looking to the peculiar facts and<br \/>\n\tcircumstances of the case and in view of the aforesaid statement<br \/>\n\tmade by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the evidence on<br \/>\n\trecord, the petitioner will approach the respondent-Collector by way<br \/>\n\tof making a representation within a period of two months from today.<br \/>\n\tThe respondent-Collector is directed to consider the same within a<br \/>\n\tperiod of six months from the date of receipt of such form. It is<br \/>\n\tclarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the<br \/>\n\tmerits of the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>With<br \/>\n\tthe above observations and directions, present petition stands<br \/>\n\tdisposed of. Rule<br \/>\n\tis discharged with no order as to costs.
