Therefore, the<br \/>\npetition is summarily dismissed at the threshold in view of admitted<br \/>\navailability of alternative, appropriate and efficacious remedy to<br \/>\nthe petitioner for challenging the election and rejection of his<br \/>\nnomination in the said election.\n<\/p>\n<p>      ( D.
