No.20679 of 2011\n                                       Anil Rai\n                                       Versus\n                                 The State Of Bihar\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   18\/07\/2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Petitioner is one of the named accused in this case with<\/p>\n<p>                        general allegation of assault etc. Moreover, the case appears squarely<\/p>\n<p>                        covered under a decision of Apex Court in a case of &#8220;Jorgia Pentiah<\/p>\n<p>                        Vs. State of A.P. reported in 2009 (1) BCCR 153 (SC)&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>                                      Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                        the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                        weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Anil Rai, be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                        furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>                        sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief<\/p>\n<p>                        Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                        57 of 2011, G.R.
