No. 427 of 2008\n\n                                 ==========================\n\n                              Dated this the 11th day of February, 2008.\n\n\n                                                O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>           Heard both sides.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>          2.     The   condition   in   the   order   dated   17.01.2008   passed   by   the   Judicial<\/p>\n<p>First   Class   Magistrate,   N.   Paravur   in   Crl.   M.P.No.   7329\/2007   is   modified   as<\/p>\n<p>follows:-\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>          As  against  a sum  of   Rs.6,80,000\/-,  the petitioner shall deposit  a sum  of<\/p>\n<p>Rs.40,000\/-(Rupees   forty   thousand   only)     before   the   court   below   and   shall<\/p>\n<p>execute a bond for Rs.6,50,000\/- (Rupees six lakhs and fifty thousand only) with<\/p>\n<p>two   solvent   sureties   each   for   the   like   amount   to   the   satisfaction   of   the   court<\/p>\n<p>below (which shall not insist on solvency certificate by the sureties) and subject<\/p>\n<p>to the following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>          1.     The   petitioner   shall   not   transfer   the   vehicle   wholly  or   in   part   to   any<\/p>\n<p>person.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>          2.     The   petitioner   shall   not   permit   the   vehicle   to   be   used   for   any   illicit<\/p>\n<p>purpose.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>          3.   The petitioner shall produce the vehicle as and when required by the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>          4.  The interim release of the vehicle shall be subject to the final orders for<\/p>\n<p>confiscation.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>          This Crl.
