No. 1730 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>5    26\/08\/2011             Heard Counsel for the appellant and the<\/p>\n<p>                  A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State.<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned Counsel for the appellant submits<\/p>\n<p>                  that the appellant was a co-villager and he was taken<\/p>\n<p>                  into custody before the boy was recovered.<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the fact that the prayer for bail<\/p>\n<p>                  on behalf of the above named appellant has been<\/p>\n<p>                  rejected earlier, and that the appellant has remained in<\/p>\n<p>                  jail only for four years, we are not inclined to grant bail<\/p>\n<p>                  to the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            I.A.
