Hence, it appears<br \/>\nthat there is no opposition to the present application.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances and even considering the averments in the<br \/>\napplication and so as to give an additional opportunity to the<br \/>\napplicants to submit their cases on merits rather than non-shutting<br \/>\nthe same on technical ground of delay, delay caused in preferring the<br \/>\nFirst Appeal is hereby condoned.
