02.   16.03.2011                 The petitioners being brother and married sister<\/p>\n
                   of the husband are apprehending their arrest in a case<\/p>\n
                   registered under Sections 304B, 120B\/34 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n
                                 It is alleged that within two years of marriage<\/p>\n
                   the victim has been burnt to death. Though, there is general<\/p>\n
                   allegation in the F.I.R. against the entire family members of<\/p>\n
                   torture and killing the victim but it appears from the materials<\/p>\n
                   on record that the inter caste love marriage was performed.<\/p>\n
                   It is further submitted that during investigation it has come<\/p>\n
                   that the victim was living separately with her husband.<\/p>\n
                                 Considering the accusation and the background<\/p>\n
                   of the marriage being performed, let the petitioners namely,<\/p>\n
                   Gorakh Paswan, Lal Babu Paswan, Sanichar Paswan, Sujan<\/p>\n
                   Ram and Shijago Devi, in the event of their arrest or<\/p>\n
                   surrender before the Court-below within a period of 12 weeks<\/p>\n
                   from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing<\/p>\n
                   bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of<\/p>\n
                   the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n
                   Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Koilwar P.S.<\/p>\n
                   Case No. 163 of 2010 subject to condition laid down under<\/p>\n
                   Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
