KURIAKOSE,J.\n                - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                        W.P.(C) No.8638 of 2008\n                - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                          Dated: 14th March, 2008\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      When this Writ Petition came up for admission, learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader pointed out that the subject matter of this Writ<\/p>\n<p>Petition is similar to the subject matter in W.P.C.No.8437\/08 which I<\/p>\n<p>disposed of on 12.3.2008 at the admission stage itself. I have called<\/p>\n<p>for the records relating to W.P.C.No.8437\/08. In view of my<\/p>\n<p>judgment in W.P.C.No.8437\/08, I am not inclined to entertain this<\/p>\n<p>Writ Petition. However, I dispose of the Writ Petition directing the<\/p>\n<p>Secretary of the 2nd respondent-Panchayat to issue hearing notice to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner also when he is considering the licence application<\/p>\n<p>submitted by the petitioner in W.P.C.No.8437 of 2008 in response to<\/p>\n<p>that judgment. It is open to the petitioner to urge all the grounds<\/p>\n<p>which he has raised in this Writ Petition before the 2nd respondent.
