(C) No. 17710 of 2009\n                    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n                Dated, this the 25th day of June, 2009\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Ext.P1 order passed by the first respondent has already been<\/p>\n<p>subjected to challenge by filing Ext.P2 appeal accompanied with Ext.P3<\/p>\n<p>petition for stay and the said proceedings are pending consideration<\/p>\n<p>before the second respondent. The case of the petitioner is that, it is<\/p>\n<p>without any regard to the pendency of the above proceedings that the<\/p>\n<p>respondents are proceeding with the coercive steps under the Kerala<\/p>\n<p>Revenue Recovery Act, as evident from Ext.P4 notice, which hence is<\/p>\n<p>sought to be intercepted by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.<\/p>\n<p>       Considering the facts and figures, the second respondent is<\/p>\n<p>hereby directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2<\/p>\n<p>appeal and Ext. P3 petition for stay in accordance with law, as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible.      However, it is      made clear that till<\/p>\n<p>appropriate orders are passed on Ext.P3 petition for stay, all further<\/p>\n<p>coercive proceedings pursuant to Ext.P4, stated as being pursued<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner, shall be kept in abeyance.<\/p>\n<p>       The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>                               P.
