SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                ------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C)No.30249 OF 2005 &amp;\n                  W.P.(C) NO.27816 OF 2007\n              ----------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 22nd day of August, 2008\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The question involved in these two writ petitions is as to<\/p>\n<p>whether when there is a price variation of kerosene, dealers<\/p>\n<p>appointed under the kerala Ration Control Order can keep the<\/p>\n<p>differential cost as theirs instead of remitting it to the<\/p>\n<p>Government.    That question is squarely covered by <a href=\"\/doc\/1939873\/\">State of<\/p>\n<p>Kerala and others V. Mathunni Mathew &amp; Sons<\/a> [ILR 2007<\/p>\n<p>(2) Kerala 475]. Therefore, following that decision, I dismiss<\/p>\n<p>these two writ petitions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         S.
