No.777 of 2011\n                                    SUNIL KUMAR\n                                          Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   11.02.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                 as learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner    seeks   bail     in        connection   with<\/p>\n<p>                 Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 189 of 2010 registered under<\/p>\n<p>                 section-307 &amp; other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                 as well as section-3(i)(x) of S.C. &amp; S.T. (Prevention of<\/p>\n<p>                 Atrocities) Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Allegedly, the petitioner humiliated the informant<\/p>\n<p>                 by calling his caste name and also gave one dagger blow<\/p>\n<p>                 causing      injury   on   the   forehead        of    the   informant.<\/p>\n<p>                 Furthermore, he took out Rs 2500\/- from the pocket of the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that<\/p>\n<p>                 there was some dispute between the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant for which the petitioner had filed an informatory<\/p>\n<p>                 petition against the informant and the Principal and that is<\/p>\n<p>                 the reason, the petitioner has been dragged in this false<\/p>\n<p>                 case. Moreover, the informant has received simple injury<\/p>\n<p>                 which is evident from perusal of Annexure-3 to this petition.<\/p>\n<p>                              In view of the aforesaid submissions, the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner, namely, Sunil Kumar is directed to be released on<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>        each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection<\/p>\n<p>        with Suryagarha P.S.
