In view of that the grievance of the<br \/>\npetitioner is redressed.\n<\/p>\n<p>1.1\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAdvocate for the petitioner further states that the Court may dispose<br \/>\nof this petition reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to<br \/>\napproach the authorities for ventilating his surviving grievance.<br \/>\nLearned Advocate further requests that in the event petitioner files<br \/>\nrepresentation, the authority may be asked to decide the same within<br \/>\na reasonable time and not to keep the same pending.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAdvocate Ms.Archana Patel for Mr.Hardik C Raval for respondent &#8211;<br \/>\nManagement states that SCA No.805 of 2011 filed by the Management<br \/>\nchallenging the very same award is already dismissed by this Court<br \/>\nand therefore no further observation is required to be made.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tIt<br \/>\nis true that this Court is not to confer any rights over petitioner &#8211;<br \/>\nworkman or is not to denude the Management of its right, but at the<br \/>\nsame time, if the aforesaid prayer is granted no injustice will be<br \/>\ndone to the respondent &#8211; Management. Request is granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.1<br \/>\nIn the event petitioner (SCA No.7177 of 2011) approaches the<br \/>\nrespondent &#8211; Management with any representation, it will be the<br \/>\nduty of the respondent &#8211;
