Sakir Khan, son of Late Gaffar Khan\n     All are residents of village - Pirganj, P.S. - Kishanpur,\n     District - Supaul.\n                                             --------- Petitioners.\n                               Versus\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR                          ------ Opposite party.\n                              -------\n<\/pre>\n<p>     02.   27.10.2010            Heard    learned       counsel    for       the     nine<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioners, learned counsel for the informant<\/p>\n<p>                        and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for<\/p>\n<p>                        the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioners      are   named     accused     in     this<\/p>\n<p>                        case relating to the dispute arising out of<\/p>\n<p>                        passing a Tractor through the land belonging to<\/p>\n<p>                        the prosecution side. There is counter version<\/p>\n<p>                        also and only against petitioner nos. 1 and 2,<\/p>\n<p>                        there    is    specific    allegation      of    assault       by<\/p>\n<p>                        deadly and sharp cutting weapon, this also does<\/p>\n<p>                        not     find    support     from    the     injury         report<\/p>\n<p>                        indicating     some   injuries     caused       by   hard     and<\/p>\n<p>                        blunt substance.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                          -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                  Considering the facts and circumstances<\/p>\n<p>          of     the   case,     in      the      event     of        their<\/p>\n<p>          arrest\/surrender before the court below within<\/p>\n<p>          four   weeks    of   receipt    of     the   copy      of    this<\/p>\n<p>          order, petitioners, namely, Md. Mokhtar Khan,<\/p>\n<p>          Md. Sokhtar Khan, Md. Ehsan Khan, Md. Rizwan<\/p>\n<p>          Khan, Md. Munni Khan @ Md. Munni, Md. Aftab<\/p>\n<p>          Khan @ Aftar Alam, Md.           Irsad Khan @ Dilsad<\/p>\n<p>          Khan, Md. Sueb Khan and Md. Sakir Khan, are<\/p>\n<p>          directed to be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>          bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>          each with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>          to     the     satisfaction      of       Chief     Judicial<\/p>\n<p>          Magistrate,       Supaul,       in       connection         with<\/p>\n<p>          Kishanpur P.S.
