Respondents\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   11.04.2011             Heard    learned    counsel    for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It is submitted on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner that notice, bearing No. 228 dated<\/p>\n<p>                   27.3.2006, Annexure-1 has been issued to him<\/p>\n<p>                   by the Circle Officer, Bettiah in the light of the<\/p>\n<p>                   order dated 31.12.2004 passed by the Sub-<\/p>\n<p>                   Divisional Magistrate, Bettiah in a proceeding<\/p>\n<p>                   initiated at the instance of Sri Sampat Ram<\/p>\n<p>                   under Section 133 Cr.P.C. Against the<\/p>\n<p>                   aforesaid order dated 31.12.2004, petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   filed Cr. Revision No. 49 of 2005 before<\/p>\n<p>                   learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran,<\/p>\n<p>                   which has been disposed of setting aside the<\/p>\n<p>                   order dated 31.12.2004.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                   Let    the   petitioner   inform   the<\/p>\n<p>         aforesaid fact to the Circle Officer, Bettiah for<\/p>\n<p>         taking action in accordance with law.<\/p>\n<p>                   The writ petition is, accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>         disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Arjun\/                          ( V.
