Jani, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also perused<br \/>\n\tpapers produced before me. It appears from the papers that aunt of<br \/>\n\tthe applicant-prisoner had expired on 04th November 2010.<br \/>\n\t It also appears that present application is filed on 12th<br \/>\n\tNovember 2010 and today i.e. on 25th November 2010 the<br \/>\n\tapplication is on Board for hearing. Thus, looking to the date of<br \/>\n\tdeath, date of filing of application and today&#8217;s date, there is no<br \/>\n\tground to entertain the present application. Hence, I am of the<br \/>\n\topinion that application deserves to be dismissed and is hereby<br \/>\n\tdismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>(Z.\n<\/p>\n<p>K.
