One of the mobile set was<\/p>\n<p>                   recovered in the case from possession of one Vinod Prasad, who<\/p>\n<p>                   stated about purchase of the same from this petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   according to learned counsel for the petitioner only to save his<\/p>\n<p>                   skin. Another material against this petitioner is his confession<\/p>\n<p>                   made     before     police        not    justifies    petitioner&#8217;s   further<\/p>\n<p>                   incarceration.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner is in jail custody since 05.01.2011.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the aforesaid submissions of the parties,<\/p>\n<p>                   let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                   bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand only) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                   of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                   Magistrate,      Nalanda     at     Biharsharif      in   connection with<\/p>\n<p>                   Deepanagar P.S.
