NO. 24805 OF 2007\n                         ---------------------\n\n             Dated this the 22nd day of August, 2007\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P18 letter issued by the<\/p>\n<p>Government directing the 2nd Respondent to take immediate action<\/p>\n<p>against him is likely to be implemented before he receives a copy of<\/p>\n<p>the common judgment in W.P.(C) Nos. 8168\/07 and 9161\/07.<\/p>\n<p>     2. It is brought to my notice that copy of the judgment has<\/p>\n<p>already been issued. Therefore, it will be open to the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p>take recourse to the remedies available to him in accordance with<\/p>\n<p>law. However, in the peculiar facts and circumstances, the operation<\/p>\n<p>and implementation of Ext.P18 shall be kept in abeyance for a period<\/p>\n<p>of two weeks from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The writ petition is closed in the above terms.<\/p>\n<p>                                             A.K.
