Jha, Divisional Engineer<br \/>\n      (Operation), BSNL, Darbhanga stating that the grievance of the appellant in<br \/>\n      this case has been settled and requesting the Commission to dispose off the<br \/>\n      appeal in view of the amicable settlement of the grievance. The Respondent<br \/>\n      also enclosed a letter from the Appellant expressing his satisfaction with the<br \/>\n      information provided and requesting for withdrawal of his appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.
