The said communication  is taken on<br \/>\nrecord.  Thus, in view of the aforesaid statement and the<br \/>\ncommunication dated 25.02.2010, the interim relief granted vide order<br \/>\ndated 02.11.2009 is required to be confirmed and the same is hereby<br \/>\nconfirmed.  The petition is allowed. Rule is made absolute to the<br \/>\naforesaid extent.\n<\/p>\n<p>[K.S.\n<\/p>\n<p>JHAVERI, J.]<\/p>\n<p> ORDER<br \/>\nIN MISC.
