 Act of “2.006.-__’\ufb02ie-post of Vice-Chairman is abolished and new service<\/p>\n

 petitioners Therefore the petitioner is before this Court in this writ petition.<\/p>\n
5. Heard arguments on both the side and perused the entire writ<\/p>\n

Chairman. Vice-Chairman and Member of the Tribunal appointed befo:re.p<\/p>\n

by the provisions of Act of 1985 and the Rules made tltereunderiias <\/p>\n
