BASANT, J.\n\n                 --------------------------------------------\n\n                          B.A. NO. 4567   of 2007\n\n                 --------------------------------------------\n\n                Dated this the   24th   day of July, 2007\n\n\n                                   ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Application   for   regular   bail.         The   petitioner   is   the   4th<\/p>\n<p>accused.     He faces allegations under Sec.399  of the IPC.      A<\/p>\n<p>crime  has  been  registered.   Investigation  is  in   progress.     The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner continues in custody from 7\/6\/07.     The co-accused,<\/p>\n<p>who were arrested along with the petitioner, were released on<\/p>\n<p>bail   as   per   the   order   dated   29\/6\/07   by   this   Court     in<\/p>\n<p>B.A.No.3940\/07.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   prays,   the<\/p>\n<p>learned   Public   Prosecutor   does   not   seriously   oppose   the   said<\/p>\n<p>prayer   and   I   am   satisfied   that   the   petitioner   can   also   be<\/p>\n<p>released on bail subject to identical conditions.<\/p>\n<p>      3.  In the result:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      (a)  The application is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      (b)   The   petitioner   shall   be   released   on   bail   on   the<\/p>\n<p>following terms and conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> in B.A.No.4567\/07                     -: 2 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      (i)   The   petitioner   shall   execute   a   bond   for   Rs.1,00,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees one lakh only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.<\/p>\n<p>      (ii)   The   petitioner   shall   make   himself   available     for<\/p>\n<p>interrogation before the Investigating Officer on all Mondays and<\/p>\n<p>Fridays between 10 a.m. and 12 noon until further orders.<\/p>\n<p>      (iii)     The   petitioner   shall   not   leave   the   jurisdiction   of   the<\/p>\n<p>Kurathikad   Police   Station   until   further   orders   without   prior<\/p>\n<p>permission of the learned Magistrate.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                   Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                       (R.
