In my view, it<\/p>\n<p>is open to the petitioner to either move the DGP himself or the<\/p>\n<p>Government for variation of Exhibit-P1. If such an application is<\/p>\n<p>filed within a period of two weeks from today, it shall be<\/p>\n<p>disposed of within three weeks thereafter taking note of the fact<\/p>\n<p>that petitioner is due to retire in February,2009.<\/p>\n<p>     The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                                  (V.GIRI, JUDGE)<br \/>\nma<\/p>\n<p> K.THANKAPPAN,J<\/p>\n<p>CRL.A.
