RAMKUMAR, J.\n                     - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n               Bail Application No.4042 of 2008\n                     - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Dated this the 7th day of July 2008\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>who is the sole accused in C.R. No.18 of 2008            of Badiadka<\/p>\n<p>Excise Range for offences punishable under Secs.8 (1) (2) and<\/p>\n<p>55(a) of the Abkari Act for having been found transmitting 10<\/p>\n<p>liters of arrack, seeks his enlargement on bail.        Petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>arrested on 4\/6\/2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having regard to the nature of the          offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>other circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>released on bail on his        executing a bond for Rs. 25,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties<\/p>\n<p>each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the J.F.C.M.-I,<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail                                   -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kasaragod, and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               1.      The      petitioner  shall report  before   the<br \/>\n               Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on<br \/>\n               all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               2.    The petitioner shall make himself available for<br \/>\n               interrogation, including custodial     interrogation as<br \/>\n               and when required by the police till the filing of the<br \/>\n               final report.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               3. The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n               prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper<br \/>\n               with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               4.
