02\/       11.04.2011                 This    appeal       will   be   heard    along      with<\/p>\n
                          Cr.Appeal No. 274 (DB) of 2011.\n<\/p>\n
                                     Call for lower court records.\n<\/p>\n
                                     It has been submitted on behalf of the<\/p>\n
                          appellants    that      the     informant   has     subsequently<\/p>\n
                          died but prior to death he has leveled general and<\/p>\n
                          omnibus allegation             against 26 persons including<\/p>\n
                          the appellants and he has stated that all the<\/p>\n
                          accused persons           were assaulted with lathi and<\/p>\n
                          other hard and blunt substance.                It has further<\/p>\n
                          been submitted that co-convict Biren Yadav alias<\/p>\n
                          Birendra Yadav and three others have been admitted<\/p>\n
                          to bail by this Court Vide Cr.Appeal No. 514 (DB)<\/p>\n
                          of 2011.\n<\/p>\n
                                     During the pendency of this appeal, the<\/p>\n
                          above named       three appellants shall be released on<\/p>\n
                          bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000\/-(ten<\/p>\n
                          thousand)    each       with    two    sureties     of    the   like<\/p>\n
                          amount     each    to     the     satisfaction       of    learned<\/p>\n
                          Sessions Judge, Madhepura in Sessions Trial No.<\/p>\n
                          198 of 2004.<\/p>\n
