The writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>directing the 1st respondent to consider and take a decision on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 stay petition in accordance with law, within a period of<\/p>\n<p>three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.     Till such time, revenue recovery proceedings<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner pursuant to Ext.P4 shall be kept in<\/p>\n<p>abeyance.
